T&Cs: Annex 1 Tobacco Cannabis Guarantee

Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) – Annex 1 Regarding the guarantee for the “Tobacco” and “Cannabis” sessions

The annex below is common to the entire LaserAddict network.

1. SCOPE OF THE GUARANTEE

The guarantee is offered exclusively with LaserAddict’s “Arrêt” and “Arrêt+” packs. It applies when the customer, having attended an initial “Arrêt” session for smoking or cannabis cessation, consumes a product containing nicotine again.

2. APPLICATION OF THE GUARANTEE

In the event of a relapse characterised by nicotine consumption, the customer is eligible for a relapse session. This relapse session is offered at no additional cost, but it is considered a final service with no additional guarantee.

3. BOOKING A RELAPSE SESSION

The customer can book a relapse appointment at the same centre where the “Arrêt” session was carried out. If the customer wishes to have
their relapse session at another LaserAddict centre, this must be coordinated and approved by the initial centre, in accordance with LaserAddict’s internal policies.

4. CANCELLATION OF THE GUARANTEE

The guarantee is voided if the client does not show up for the relapse appointment without providing a valid justification or informing the centre of their inability to attend. The responsibility of notifying the centre lies entirely with the client.

5. VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE GUARANTEE

The guarantee is valid for one calendar year from the date of the “Arrêt” session. After this period, the guarantee no longer applies.

6. RESTRICTIONS OF THE GUARANTEE

The guarantee does not apply in cases where the customer fails to follow the post-treatment follow-up instructions, abandons the treatment process, or where the relapse is due to external factors unrelated to the sessions provided by LaserAddict.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Although LaserAddict is committed to offering high-quality services, the company cannot guarantee a specific result from the sessions. The effects of the sessions can vary from person to person depending on multiple factors, including the client’s personal commitment to their withdrawal process.
